Daylight PMS: A Live, Two-Way Sync with TDH

The integration with Shiji Daylight PMS creates a real-time, two-way sync between your property management system and TDH, eliminating manual coordination across systems.

When a guest checks in or out, Daylight PMS pushes the event to TeamStream+ instantly, so the relevant operational tasks are triggered without front desk intervention.

When your team updates a room status in TeamStream+, that change syncs back to Daylight PMS. Service requests and tasks created in either system sync to the other in real time. DND status from Daylight PMS is reflected in TeamStream+ automatically, alongside other shared room data.

When a guest places an order through Guest-Journey, it routes directly into Infrasys POS, reaching the kitchen or service station exactly as placed.
