When a guest orders room service through a digital platform, F&B staff should not have to manually re-enter that order into the POS. When housekeeping finishes a room, the front desk should not have to wait for a manual update to know it is ready.
Disconnected software forces hotel teams to do the same work twice. That is operational friction that delays room readiness and slows guest service.
These are not technology failures. They are connectivity gaps, and hotels running TDH and Shiji can now close them.
TDH is now integrated with Shiji across Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS. The integration covers housekeeping operations, guest check-in and check-out, ordering, menu management, and more, with key data syncing between both systems in real time.
About Shiji
Shiji is a hospitality technology company with a product suite covering property management, point of sale, payments, guest experience, distribution, and data. Their solutions serve properties from independent hotels to large international chains.
Daylight PMS: A Live, Two-Way Sync with TDH
The integration with Shiji Daylight PMS creates a real-time, two-way sync between your property management system and TDH, eliminating manual coordination across systems.
When a guest checks in or out, Daylight PMS pushes the event to TeamStream+ instantly, so the relevant operational tasks are triggered without front desk intervention.
When your team updates a room status in TeamStream+, that change syncs back to Daylight PMS. Service requests and tasks created in either system sync to the other in real time. DND status from Daylight PMS is reflected in TeamStream+ automatically, alongside other shared room data.

Before and After
| Process | Before | After |
| Check-in and check-out | PMS event and operational tasks handled separately across systems | Check-in and check-out in Daylight PMS trigger immediate updates in TDH |
| Room status | Updated independently in each system | A status change in either TDH or Daylight PMS syncs to the other in real time |
| DND handling | Tracked separately per system, easy to miss | DND status from Daylight PMS is reflected in TeamStream+ automatically |
| Service Requests | Service requests managed separately in each system with no sync between them | Service requests sync between TDH and Daylight PMS in real time, with full task data shared across both systems |
| System alignment | Daylight PMS and TDH maintained as separate records | Both systems stay in sync across room status, housekeeping, and operational data |
Infrasys POS: Orders and Menus in Sync
The integration with Shiji Infrasys POS connects guest ordering and menu management with the TDH platform.
When an item, price, or availability changes in the POS, Guest-Journey reflects the update instantly. Guests always see accurate offerings without your F&B team needing to manage menus in two separate systems.
When a guest places an order through Guest-Journey, it routes directly into Infrasys POS, reaching the kitchen or service station exactly as placed.

Before and After
| Process | Before | After |
| Menu management | Menu updated separately in the POS and in Guest-Journey | Menus managed in Infrasys POS sync instantly to Guest-Journey |
| Order flow | Order received through TDH, then re-entered into the POS manually | Order placed through TDH routes directly into Infrasys POS |
| Kitchen receipt | Order reaches the service point through a manual relay | Order appears at the service point exactly as placed by the guest |
| System alignment | POS and TDH ordering maintained as separate records | Both systems stay in sync across ordering and menu data |
