Guest-Journey
Guest-Journey is the guest-facing web app, designed to give guests access to hotel services from their phone. One QR code, no app, no account, switching languages, with every request landing straight in the operation.
OptemAi
OptemAi, the AI operations agent, sits at the operation side, reading the reports and returning findings, recommendations and alerts. You can also chat with it to ask questions about what is happening across your property.
